Be ready to support underwriters in trade finance, commodity finance, project infrastructure teams (credit line of business). This includes the timely and accurate handling of client/broker requests and inquiries and accurate policy issuance. In particular your responsibilities will include the following: Closely interact and coordinate with internal stakeholders in Operations and Underwriting located in various regions and markets, as well as with external stakeholders such as clients, brokers Process and administer client inquire in systems and tools, issuing of documents administration throughout their entire lifecycle Support the underwriting and renewal processes in analysis, development, and evaluation of documents, such as underwriting files, MRA agreements and preparing policies or cover notes draft Coordinate with other team members globally to ensure client service to our global credit clients. The Operations team servicing trade finance, commodity finance, project infrastructure finance transactions is embedded in an expert network across the regions Europe, Asia Pacific, as well as North and Latin America. Essentials You have obtained first experience in area with financial intuition or corporates credit products
Previous experience in client facing role preferably in finance environment
Completed commercial education preferably banking specialist or bachelor studies in economics or Associates Degree or job experience equivalent
Basic knowledge and understanding of trade finance and/or guarantee business
Familiar with AML procedures and sanctions, commercial and company law
Proficiency in English language, reading, written and verbal, is a must.
Demonstrate good digital literacy and experience with Microsoft Office. SWIFT messages for documentary business a plus
Demonstrate proficiency in intermediate level math, administrative and clerical procedures including handling files and records, general economic and accounting principles, and processes for providing customer service
Nice to Have
Experience with Credit Insurance business, including Bank Trade Finance, Trade Credit Insurance, Commodity Finance and Political Risk Insurance lines Knowledge of additional languages of relevant markets (French, German) Take a next step in your career and do not hesitate to apply!
