About the role: As an UW Assistant you will directly report to the Operations Manager for Germany / Benelux based in Düsseldorf and you will perform administrative tasks specific for the office and UW team in the Netherlands.
You will be key for an efficient Administrative Centre, as well as to comply with the company's objectives and standards.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting in managing the portfolio dedicated to Japanese risks in Property, Casualty and Marine Daily processing of requests from brokers, underwriters and other departments Deal with communication and correspondence of external parties (Fronting partners, insurance provider, Broker) Issuance of policy documentation (insurance policy, endorsements, renewals, adjustments) Maintaining the database up-to-date Keying the policy data in the Policy Administration System Follow up / maintain the renewal portfolio and related documentation Invoicing the clients and follow up on overdue and incorrect payments Guarantee data quality checks Filing documentation Meeting monthly deadlines Apply and follow the internal process and controls in place Skills And Competencies Required: Experience in an administrative role (4 to 7 years) Experience in the non-life insurance business Possess good analytical, numerical and organizational skills Fluent proficiency in English Skills And Competencies Preferred: Strong experience working with brokers and other business partners Fluent/professional proficiency in Dutch The Tokio Marine HCC Group of Companies offers a competitive salary and employee benefit package.
