About the role:
As an UW Assistant, you will directly report to the Operations Manager for Germany / Benelux based in Düsseldorf and you will perform administrative tasks specific for the office and UW team in the Netherlands. You will be key for an efficient Administrative Centre, as well as to comply with the company's objectives and standards.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting in managing the portfolio dedicated to Japanese risks in Property, Casualty and MarineDaily processing of requests from brokers, underwriters and other departmentsDeal with communication and correspondence of external parties (Fronting partners, insurance provider, Broker)Issuance of policy documentation (insurance policy, endorsements, renewals, adjustments)Maintaining the database up-to-dateKeying the policy data in the Policy Administration SystemFollow up / maintain the renewal portfolio and related documentationInvoicing the clients and follow up on overdue and incorrect paymentsGuarantee data quality checksFiling documentationMeeting monthly deadlinesApply and follow the internal process and controls in placeSkills And Competencies Required: Experience in an administrative role (4 to 7 years)Experience in the non-life insurance businessPossess good analytical, numerical and organizational skillsFluent proficiency in EnglishSkills And Competencies Preferred: Strong experience working with brokers and other business partnersFluent/professional proficiency in DutchThe Tokio Marine HCC Group of Companies offers a competitive salary and employee benefit package.
