ResponsibilitiesCommunicating task assignment according to daily and weekly prioritiesKeeping the CS Legal Manager updated on individual performanceRaising any concerns or suggestions to improve overall performanceProviding encouragement and support to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas where new training may be requiredSupporting the CS Legal Manager with the hiring and training processDeveloping strategies to promote best practice in accordance with company policyDealing with queries and escalations from the teamEscalating complex queries and escalations to CS Legal Claims ManagerProviding ad-hoc support to the CS Legal Claims Manager and performing management duties when the manager is absent or out of officeOccasional ad-hoc duties will be required to support the team/managerWhat Are We Offering?You will be required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, monitor and coach staff to improve performance, ensure productivity and quality targets are reached, and support the Legal Admin team.
