TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIESYou will work on the most exciting projects within the platform and suites of products, as part of a multi-cultural remote team of 7 developers and reporting to the CTO (who is one of the Founders of the company) and Dev Team Lead.
By providing your strong technical and problem-solving skills, you will deliver high-quality and well-tested software, ensuring the technical solution complies with the architecture guidelines.You will consistently write code as a matter of pride because you are passionate about test coverage, rock solid code, learning and technology.You will have the initiative to propose new tools, libraries, frameworks, and best practices to improve the day-to-day of the team. REQUIREMENTSWe are looking for a Senior Developer with at least 5 years of experience with Ruby, expert understanding of the Rails framework as well as exceptional Web Development skills.
Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
Ruby on Rails / RoRHTML, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax (5+ years).Proficient with relational databases and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).Elasticsearch & Kibana.Git / Jira / Scrum & Agile.Experience in CRM, Marketing Automation platforms or tools -such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Mailchimp - or in the Tourism / Hostelry industries are highly valuable. Languages: Fluent in English & Spanish.

Salary & Conditions: Excellent Salary Package (45.-65.€ depending on the experience) including Variable (9% related to KPIs & goals achievement + 6% related to Balance and Positive Impact: health, wellness, insurance).
