.Job Description Summary: As part of the Southern Europe HR team, you will support the Senior Leaders of a specific client group by leading and managing the HR agenda to further enable the long-term business strategy. You will also lead, coordinate, and execute key HR initiatives aimed to improve culture, people engagement, and business performance. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.Roles and Responsibilities:Act as a strategic partner for People Leaders and Business Leaders on HR topics, connecting them to the wider business strategy.Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to People Leaders and employees with specific focus on: talent acquisition, training, employee relations management, salary planning and rewarding strategies, performance management, career development, talent management, assessment and retention, inclusion and diversity, and people engagement.Partner with EMEA HR Business Partners to execute business-specific HR strategies and projects and work with other HR teams at EMEA level (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Operations) to build a local HR strategy.Manage Union Relationships.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.Minimum 5 years as an HR professional.Passionate about business.Solid expertise across HR specialty areas (recruiting, HR analytics, rewarding, talent management, performance management, etc.).Fluent in English and Spanish (Italian is a plus).Strong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement.Knowledge of Spanish labor laws and government requirements.Desired Qualifications:Wants to make a difference in the organization by helping employees and People Leaders to succeed, shows proactivity, and is willing to grow.Has some experience in managing union relations.Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels.Supportive team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.Applies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, & confidentiality.Strong problem-solving skills; ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
