Mission
Your mission is to understand, advocate and implement the Compressor Technique Service (now onwards, CTS) needs and requirements of all stakeholders within the business, conducting analyses, measuring various areas of performance and implementing process improvement initiatives in line with Atlas Copco's divisional (CTS) visions and strategies.
You will be responsible for all the applicable systems in CTS (MAM2, IQ2, COPS, InstallBase, SAP).
You will report directly to the Technical & Operational Manager.
ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis
- Monitor CTS Operations and Marketing KPIs, being responsible for the reporting and Power BI.
- Serve as the "link" between Customer Center and Product Company.
- Maintain interactions with key stakeholders & Business Process Experts (BPX) / Global Process Experts (GPE).
- Develop monitoring reports: contracts productivity, field efficiency & contract cost analysis (comparatives and new businesses).
- Continuously improve and share knowledge in Microsoft Power Platforms.Systems Management
- Develop and maintain a functional understanding of Act!
SAP solution with a focus on master data relevant to the business.
- Make overall planning on activities to be done and follow up closely with your stakeholders.
- Analyze and develop an understanding of systems through research, discoveries, and discussions with the relevant stakeholders.
- Follow up the business process performance (i.e., weekly checks such as blocked orders, invoicing, harvesting KPIs, etc.
).
- Follow up and update of Install Base.
- Maintain and update the equipment master and material master.
- Manage all the CTS Systems: IQ2, MAM2, Planner, COPS, including troubleshooting support, training to the users, access management, etc.
- Always make new systems-based improvement proposals to optimize our local resources.
- Organize and coordinate (lead) the implementation of any new system tool in CTS, ensuring that all the process steps are assigned locally.
- Give/Ensure local training and communication during the implementation towards end users, using global training material to provide local trainings.
- Assist all the users in the organization with the system & processes troubleshooting as the first support line.We will need from youMust have proven business analysis skills through experience.Must be proficient in SAP ECC/C4C/BW, Excel, Power BI, SQL, Power Automate, DAX.High knowledge of English and Spanish.Desirable knowledge of our CTS processes/business.Experience in change management / project management will be valuable.About how you areMust be self-directed and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Willingness to change, energetic & flexible.Can change the resistance of co-workers, convincing other users in a positive and enthusiastic way of the potential added value.Creates enthusiasm to make the job easier and more enjoyable.Open-minded & committed.Result / solution oriented.Must be willing and able to travel occasionally if needed.Atlas Copco is a global industrial company, leader in our market.
