Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new business. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Identify and explore new market opportunities and industry trends. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the best customer service experience. Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings to promote the company's services. Negotiate contracts and close deals, maintaining a balance between the client's needs and the company's objectives. Supervise the Sales & Events operations of the different properties of the group in the UK What do we look for? Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the tourism sector Academic background in business and/or tourism Knowledge of the Hostel and Hotel lifestyle segment will be a plus Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish strong relationships with clients Ability to work under pressure, with a strong results-oriented focus Excellent computer skills Excellent level of English (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is highly valued Willingness to travel as needed Motivation for growth and professional development What do we offer?
