As the Digital Marketing Manager for Fairmont La Hacienda's pre-opening team,you will play a pivotal role in establishing our digital presence and driving online engagement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract potential guests, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of digital platforms, analytics, and trends, along with a passion for hospitality and luxury experiences.Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize hotel website content and user experience (UX) to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.- Utilize digital analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to monitor website performance and make data-driven decisions.- Oversee social media strategy and content calendar, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement across all platforms.- Collaborate with the Sales and Revenue Management teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and drive direct bookings.- Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices to keep Fairmont La Hacienda ahead of the competition.- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute digital marketing initiatives effectively.- Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.Minimum RequirementsApplicants are kindly requested to possess either EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Spain.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing roles within the hospitality or luxury industry, with a track record of successful campaigns and driving revenue.- Proficiency in digital analytics tools and methodologies to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- A high level of both Spanish and English, spoken and written, is essential
