Company DescriptionJob DescriptionReporting directly to the Chemfeed Manager for Iberia, he/she will be in charge of covering the position of Project Engineer for the Iberia Chemfeed team. He/she will provide technical, project management, and functional support for chemical control and dosing systems. He/she will also provide technical support and recommendations on onsite activities for all kinds of chemical feed and water treatment systems.Main Responsibilities:Assist the actual engineering team on the design drawings and documents, material and equipment specifications, technical bid evaluation, and test procedures on Chemfeed projects.Assist the field team and provide onsite technical support on chemical dosing systems and other water treatment systems.Direct and/or participate in job site visits to collect or deliver design and engineering data.Meet with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects.Ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing project specifications and technical drawings.Ensure compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.Resolve specialty-related engineering issues by applying accepted principles, codes, and standards.Propose new instrumentation solutions and/or improvements for existing ones.Lead technical discussions with customers; act as the customer focal point, ensuring client satisfaction and requirements are addressed or met.Continuous improvement of our current documentation.Qualifications:Engineering degree in Chemical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or similar field.Working experience in the field or in water treatment systems will be valued.Knowledge of the process basis elements relevant to the water treatment plant will be valued.Capability to carry out documentation for project execution.Demonstrated experience in project management and/or water treatment project management will be valued.Professional English competency is required.Fluency in Spanish is required.Valid driver's license for Spain.Additional Information:As an inclusive company, Veolia is committed to diversity and gives equal consideration to all applications, without discrimination.
