Based in Madrid, the Regional Assistant Brand Manager role leads the brand management of Naked Malt and Highland Park across 11 markets in Cluster C looking after ~£1M pounds of A&P. It also manages the marketing plans and day-to-day relationship with our distributor's marketing teams. The role acts as a conduit between Edrington and our European Partner distributors, contributing to the management, planning and delivery of local brand strategies and marketing activities, collaborating closely with the Global Brand teams, Regional Commercial Manager, Brand Education teams and our European Partner distributors.Job DescriptionReporting into the Regional Senior Brand Manager for European Partners, key responsibilities for the role include:Act as marketing conduit between Naked Malt, Highland Park and our European Partner distributors across 11 markets in Cluster C looking after ~£1M pounds of A&P.Manage marketing plans, activities and day-to-day relationship with our partners in France and Coca-Cola Hellenic markets.Communicate and ensure a depth of understanding of key strategic updates from Edrington and the global brand teams; ensuring a consistency of approach across your cluster of markets.Partner with our distributors to develop annual growth and activity plans, ensuring those plans remain 'live' & are continuously reviewed throughout the year.Lead the effective deployment and tracking of marketing investment across key brand/market combinations, delivering high impact initiatives.Nurture internal relationships with the global brand teams (based in Glasgow) & foster close external relationships with our European Partner distributors; working with both groups to ensure our growth plans are executed in a consistent, effective and efficient way.Drive synergies in ways of working & activations across our European Partner network.Manage internal and external events and conferences as required.Complete any necessary marketing reporting requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
