Descripción completa del empleo Job Title Project Manager, Digitalization
Summary: As a Project Manager - Digitalization, you will lead and manage digital transformation projects, working closely with various departments and stakeholders to identify needs and align project objectives. Your role will involve ensuring the delivery of value-driven solutions, streamlining operations, and enhancing user experiences. You will monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones, while fostering communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
In this role you will: Demonstrate proficiency in managing the scope, schedule, cost, resources, and potential risks.
Ensure stakeholders are actively engaged and informed about the project.
Communicate effectively, adjusting to suit the intended audience's needs.
Facilitate informed decision-making by clearly presenting well-researched options.
Ensure that the value proposition and/or business case is defined and achieved with the deliverables.
Capable of understanding processes, scenarios, personas, and showcasing findings to stakeholders.
Handle multiple projects and/or streams concurrently and autonomously, consulting line manager only when faced with complex scenarios.
Exhibit strong collaboration skills and empathetic understanding.
About the ideal candidate: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Up to 5 years of industry experience, including 2 - 3 years in managing IT projects, is required.
Project Management certification is preferred such as PMP.
Proven experience in project management, particularly in digital transformation projects.
Strong understanding of customer operations within the travel distribution industry preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Experience working in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment is required.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
