Location and Legalities This full-time UI/UX Designer position is based in our Madrid, Spain office with the flexibility for hybrid-remote work.

What You'll Do We are looking for a highly creative and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our team.
Your role will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and design across a wide range of our products, as well as implementing and enforcing our verbal and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.
You'll have the opportunity to work on: Ultralytics YOLO Ultralytics HUB Ultralytics Website Ultralytics App for iOS and Android Ultralytics Social Media Assets Ultralytics Sales and Pitch Decks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Implement and enforce Ultralytics' verbal and visual identity consistently across various products and channels.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize the user experience.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Skills and Experience 3+ years of UI/UX design experience Strong portfolio demonstrating visual and interactive design Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other visual design and wireframing tools Experience with Webflow Solid understanding of user-centered design principles Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions WARNING: At Ultralytics, the pace is relentless and the expectations high.
