Be part of our Best-in-Class tech team and help us create unique value for our customers!Join us to tackle exciting tech challenges in an agile environment, benefiting from learning, growth, and local and international career opportunities in a modern, diverse setting.Mission and responsibilities:As a UI Designer, the main tasks of this position will be the following:You will be in charge of designing attractive and intuitive experiences for our customers.You will be responsible for the visual design of digital products and services, ensuring an optimal user experience and an elegant and attractive visual design.You will help evolve the bank's digital design, as well as create, maintain and evolve the Design System.You will work hand in hand with the rest of the design team in order to offer consistency to our users across all Openbank devices and platforms.You will coordinate with the UX and development teams for the design of the front of the new products and services in which you collaborate.To be successful in the role you must have+3 years of experience as a graphic designer, digital interface, interaction, or similar.Experience in multi-platform projects (web, responsive and native mobile applications) and in e-commerce.Advanced knowledge of design patterns for mobile and of the iOS Human Interface and Android Material Design guidelines.Knowledge of design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, Axure or equivalent).Ability to present and defend design proposals to managers and stakeholders.Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams.Be and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in user interface design, techniques, best practices, and technologies.Have a solid professional design portfolio.Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of HTML / CCS and basic notions of technology will be a plus!Advanced English Level.What do we offer?Joining a dynamic and agile company undergoing international expansion.Working in start-up mode with the support of the Santander Group.Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits package.Possibility of growth within the company and the Group.Collaborating on international projects in different countries.Excellent work environment, social clubs and frequent events (virtual at present).Would you like to grow with us?
