DescriptionWe are building the best end-to-end social presence for our clients in EMEA.
As a Social Account Director, you are responsible for running our client relationships and ensuring that we have the industry best practice.
You will make sure that all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, while ensuring optimal quality and customer satisfaction.
You are the driving force in growing the client business within the wider Monks family, the optimal processes' leader and the bridge between the different teams and capabilities.
In addition to managing our client relationships, you will be the first point of escalation for your team, which includes Social Account Managers and Social Project Managers.
You report directly to the Head of Social Hub.
Your work will also involve working cross-functionally with our EMEA market teams, overseeing client financials and profitability with the help of the Operations team, and mentoring, managing, and growing the accounts teams with the support of our social.Monks network expertise.
Duties And ResponsibilitiesThis role is directly responsible for the overall health of the social media client account teams situated in Madrid, including:
PARTNERS: You have an eye to detect business opportunities and develop the right solution.
Looking beyond the day-to-day needs of current work, ensuring the long-term stability and growth of the relationship and revenue.
Responsible for management of client relationships, build strong relationships with clients.
Responsible for creating new business opportunities within the retained clients base.
Contribute to the ongoing improvements of internal processes and efficiency across the teams and project team members.PEOPLE: Ensure career pathing for individuals on the team, collaborating with their managers to craft opportunities to develop their skills and experiences.
Train, coach and mentor direct reports on their day-to-day roles helping them develop their industry knowledge, client and people management skills, and technical capabilities.
