This position offers a great opportunity to participate actively in the creation of the new Barcelona Hub while contributing to the overall success of Coty. As a HR Generalist, you will work closely with our HRBP in the Hub to support various HR activities related to this new project. You will get exposure to a dynamic and supportive work environment.RESPONSIBILITIESAs our HR Generalist you are responsible for supporting the fundamentals of HR: Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR services, etc.YOU ARE A COTY FITAs an experienced HR Generalist, you have strong communication skills, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment.Other than that, you:A university degree in some related areas (Business, Psychology, Law, etc.)2 years of experience in HRHigh professional fluency in English (this is our working language).Good Excel skills.Success factors knowledge is a plus.Proactivity and commitment to deliver results.Flexibility.
