The hotel offers 162 rooms and suites and features extensive F&B facilities with a signature restaurant, all day café with direct access from the boulevard, W Lounge, Wetdeck, Beach Club and Rooftop Destination Bar, as well as Away Spa.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIESHotel Marketing and Advertising: Plan the execution and development of regular activities and monthly events according to the Marketing Plan and be present during the activations. Provides and executes creative ideas to leverage revenue generation opportunities and brand awareness of W Ibiza. Partners with Operations, Food & Beverage, Sales, Finance, and revenue teams to execute promotions and campaigns.Acts as liaison: Between the marketing department and advertising agency on tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans.Social Media Content: Act ahead of the pack in social media activity, initiatives, and exposure. Develop and execute promotions campaigns plans for F&B, rooms, spa, and meetings through relevant digital and social media channels.General: Assists the development, coordination, and execution of all Marketing activities. Supports communications duties and functions as deemed necessary.CANDIDATE PROFILEEducation and Experience: Degree or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related major. 1-2 years experience in the sales, marketing, digital, or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred. Fluent in English and Spanish is a must.
