You will be interacting with various stakeholders, such as Marketing, Service, IT, Sales and Manager/Executive to ensure the implementation of the platforms are successful.
Key Responsibilities Salesforce Platform tool improvement: Ensure that the EMEA development Roadmap is successfully implemented. Submit ideas for new features and functions, test and validate software, design, implementation and launch a new feature within the division. Work with business users and architects to define and document detailed user stories, process flows and data models.
Support Salesforce KPI Adoption, Quality and Cleaning: Proactively set data quality KPIs, within the tool verify and update data such as contacts, accounts, opportunities, tasks, potentials as well as implement import/export processes on demand.
Basic Administrator & First level technical support for Salesforce and Pitcher: Create/Modify/Delete the permissions of users as well as being the functional support and technical troubleshooting contact.
Internal training: Active participation in the design and implementation of required training for end users.
Setup reporting standards: Define and create clear/intuitive content guidelines for Salesforce and Pitcher e.g. FAQs website / Small-Videos / Pdf job aids.
Measure feedback: Create internal surveys, setup a network of ambassadors within the divisions.
Documentation: Maintain documentation on requirements: user stories, backlog, data models, triggers, and description on how each business function is using the tool.
Key Requirements Technical Bachelor or Masters degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics)
Fluent in English and Spanish (C1); any other language is a plus
Experience in the implementation of Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) systems is an advantage
Experience in working with Salesforce and SAP is an advantage
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Be able to lead projects with deliverables, deadlines, and key milestones
Self-motivated with great initiative attitude.
