Successful Real Estate Agent located in Murcia, LOOKING FOR A RECRUITER to expand its successful team of real estate agents.

FUNCTIONS: Select the office staff: interns, legal-tax advisor, marketing assistant, coordinator, receptionist, etc.
Coordinate and supervise the coordinator in his work to support recruitment.
Organize events, campaigns, etc., to recruit.
Take responsibility for the process of incorporating new professionals into the office (reception, training, etc.).
Prepare report reports to the Broker (Manager).
REQUIREMENTS: Higher degree, preferably in Psychology, Sociology or Human Resources (valuable).
Commercial experience of at least 2 years (preferably in the sale of projects) and/or experience in Human Resources of at least 2 years, preferably in the selection of commercial profiles.
Team management skills.
Vocation for the client.

Good level of communication.
Resolute, proactive, organized and planned person.
Experienced in managing online and offline recruitment sources.
Office: user level.
Fluent English (minimum B1).
