Your job? Main responsibilities: Own the product from a "What" and "Why" perspective.Define, create, and communicate product roadmap aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data, and competitive analysis.Work cross-functionally with all areas of the business, partnerships, and with senior stakeholders in commercial, research, technology, operations, and marketing departments.Be accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint.Manage backlog prioritization of work.Work with Scrum Master and delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issues.Inspire the team and bring a unique vision and perspective for what is possible.About you
As a Product Owner, you will be a senior leader and act as a mini-CEO for this digital product, co-defining product strategy with the business, planning product roadmap, driving product delivery with the delivery team, and measuring/optimizing business impact.
Experience: Product management or building complex digital solutions, preferably with experience in data and AI systems/platforms.Experience in a healthcare company is a strong plus.Soft skills: Strong drive and ability to build & share product vision.Excellent communication & presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders.Proven business sense, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with business/other teams.Track record of problem-solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment, with a "get things done" mindset.Strong cross-functional leadership & influencing skills.Strong project management skills.Technical skills:
Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integration.
Education:
Master's degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field, with 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare or biotech.
