Role OverviewAs an E-commerce Tech Specialist, you will support the management of our Magento 2 platforms and ensure our websites run smoothly.
You'll be the go-to person for technical questions, collaborating with teams and external partners, and working on improving our e-commerce environment.
ResponsibilitiesWork with tools like Magento 2, Webeyez, and Tweakwise, bringing some knowledge or quickly developing new skills.Create and prioritize tickets for development in our sprints, ensuring projects with internal and external stakeholders are delivered on time and accurately.Provide technical support and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.Propose and implement solutions to optimize our websites and systems.Proactively identify and work on improvements to enhance the performance of our websites.With a blend of some experience, a passion for technology, and the drive to grow, you'll be a great fit for our team.

Minimum RequirementsYou have at least a bachelor's level of working and thinking and a passion for e-commerce.Have some experience with Magento 2 and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Are fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.Have up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce marketing and Google Analytics 4.Have a solution-oriented mindset and enjoy working with diverse teams and external partners.In short, with you on board, success is guaranteed!
