Teltronic selects a person with a Telecommunication Engineering background to join the Product Marketing team. As a Product Manager, we offer you a collaborative work environment where, together with the rest of the Product Marketing team, you will help develop the roadmap of the company's solution portfolio.As a general function, the Product Manager is responsible for the product throughout its lifecycle, as well as its success and profitability during its commercialization. He/she works closely with the Sales, Offerings, R&D, and Marketing functions within the business to provide differentiating solutions for Teltronic's customers.Responsibilities:Generate new ideas: Be alert to new business opportunities and attentive to evaluate new ideas and changes on products.Contribute to Teltronic's overall portfolio strategy, evolving it based on research, data, and industry trends.Understand customer needs in their entirety and translate them into the product and solution portfolio.Be responsible for the commercial and business aspects of the product in terms of pricing strategy and justification of special business cases involving new features or developments.Support Marketing and Communication activities in the production of advertising material as well as specific promotional actions related to product lines and solutions such as webinars, public presentations, or attendance at events and trade shows.Provide support and training on products and solutions to the Pre-Sales and Sales teams.Work with, present to, influence, and support customers; evangelize about Teltronic products and solutions.Collect, analyze, and respond to user feedback.Identify and help develop new business opportunities.Regularly interact with key stakeholders, including R&D team, other external suppliers, marketing, customer service, project management, finance, and management team.Know the market and similar products and solutions offered by other competitors.Essential skills and experience:Telecommunications Engineering or similar background.More than 2 years in the industry with proven experience in positions related to communications technologies.Ability to work in international and multicultural environments.Excellent communication skills in English.Ability to drive products and solutions in complex environments with multiple players and stakeholders.Responsive and flexible attitude to change, short-term requirements, or unexpected activities.Able to work autonomously, proactively, and also as part of a global team.Willingness to travel.Desirable skills and experience:Experience in launching, managing, and maintaining products in the telecommunications market.Experience in operational areas of Presales, Sales, and Product Strategy.Technical knowledge and exposure to key technologies, mainly in 3GPP (4G and 5G) communication standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
