The Role: Deliver social media plans for the Spain marketing team.
Optimize and report on all campaigns – sharing results with the wider team.
Work with the creative team to ensure best practice creative is used.
Assist with quarterly and annual planning of marketing budgets.
Key results: Web traffic and leads driven by media campaigns.
Increasing engagement and performance of social media campaigns.
Improving brand awareness and image of BYD in Spain.
The Person: We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist to lead the strategic and tactical execution of paid social campaigns.
You will ensure the paid social media strategy is executed, implementation and optimization goals are achieved, and client targets are met as efficiently as possible.
Campaigns will be a mix of branding and direct response.
You will work with partners including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with data and have a very strong attention to detail.
They will be a team player who is keen to learn and results-driven.
They will take responsibility for the effective implementation of activity within their accounts and be eager to share their knowledge with the wider team, acting as an effective mentor and role model.
The dynamic and fast-paced nature of Paid Social demands a mix of creative and analytical skills to drive results.
Your profile: University Degree in Marketing, Sales, or commercial disciplines.
Effective and fluent communicator in English and Spanish.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Experience in social media planning and execution of 360 campaigns.
Understanding of the media market and key media owners like Meta and TikTok.
Knowledge of the current digital media landscape and ability to optimize performance campaigns.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
