(CNIC) has been conceived to develop research of excellence, competitive and of international relevance in relation to cardiovascular diseases.
The CNIC has a research center of 24,000 m2, located in Madrid, with more than 6,000 m2 for laboratories equipped with a state-of-the-art infrastructure and equipment.Functions Mandatory Requirements PhD in the field of Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, etc.
)A minimum of 5 years and no more than 10 years of experience leading a research group in the field of molecular imaging or nanomedicine in an internationally recognized research center.A minimum of 3 articles as main author (first, last or corresponding author) in journals in the field of molecular imaging and/or cardiovascular disease in the last 5 years (i.E., since July 2019).Experience as Principal Investigator and/or Coordinator in competitive research grants obtained from national and/or international competitive funding sources in the last 5 years (i.E., official start date of projects July 2019 onwards).Main topic of research in the field of nanomedicine and molecular imaging applied to the cardiovascular system.Valuable Requirements Scientific production: Publications as main author (first, last or corresponding author) in journals in the field of nanomedicine and molecular imaging applied to cardiovascular disease in the previous 5 years (i.E., date of publication since July 2019).
Only published papers (or available online ahead of print in the journal) will be evaluated.
The CV must include the complete list of authors, the journal's impact factor and ranking in the year of publication for each publication published since 2019.Fundraising (national): Projects obtained from national funding sources as principal investigator or coordinator in the previous 5 years (i.E.
official start date of projects July 2019 onwards).International recognition: Participation in international committees/boards, grant evaluation panels, editorial boards, and invited seminars/conferences in international centers/meetings in the previous 5 years (i.E., since 2019).Cardiovascular focus: Nature of the papers published as main author (first, last or corresponding author) and of the projects as principal investigator in the previous 5 years (i.E.
