ResponsibilitiesProject management skills having run transformation projects coordinating different stakeholders.Leading the sales, design and implementation of Digital Transformation projects.Leading business diagnosis and planning assessments.Contribute to the unit's knowledge-sharing and growth by taking a proactive role in teaching and leading others in Salesforce and Industry best practices.QualificationsHigh level of English is mandatory.Excellent leadership and management skills.Good communication skills and stakeholder management skills required.Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.2-3 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Mulesoft, Vlocity).Knowledge in new methodologies: Design Thinking, Agile, etc.Developing and sustaining strong relationships with clients' business leaders.Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to redesign the entire value chain, from start to finish, from engineering to manufacturing.
