Role : We are looking for a Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team.
You will be responsible for setting the pace and helping to turn great ideas into great results.
You'll ensure all campaigns are moving from brief to launch as efficiently and effectively as possible, always with an eye towards optimization.
Responsibilities : Manage each campaign's scope and timeline from creation to launch to reporting, acting as project manager.
Set clear, simple processes for campaign creation and align stakeholders around this process.
Manage the process effectively, ensuring each stakeholder receives the proper inputs and delivers the proper outputs at each phase.
Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of campaigns, and the completion of necessary operational or complementary tasks.
Act as the point of contact for topics such as new campaign opportunities, special projects, and more.
Identify the project owner and help to form the appropriate team to achieve optimal results.
Coordinate sprints, brainstorms, and check-ins on a frequent basis or as required by the project.
Work closely with various departments across the organization (e.G., eCommerce, Product Marketing, Design, PR, Brand and others).
Facilitate seamless internal communication and effective collaboration between departments.
Coordinate the production of creative assets (copy, video, graphics, photography) in-house or with agencies.
Manage version control, information gathering, and getting the required approvals.
Research current trends in marketing, EV charging, technology, etc.
and leverage these insights as part of the campaign strategy.
Manage the content workflow and act as an editor, with special attention to technical requirements (size, format, word count, etc.)
