.EHS & Risk Compliance Manager (m / f / d) in any Ardagh Metal Packaging location in EuropeWe are looking for an EHS & Risk Compliance Manager with the following areas of responsibility: IMS Management System: EHS Management System identifying the aspects in compliance with EU / national regulations / AMP standards Participation in internal IMS audits AMPE, as well as technical visits to the AMP-E sites Ownership to review and keep updated EHS procedures: Chemicals Management, etc. Compliance: Overseeing the compliance with permit and other relevant legal EHS requirements Supervise the third-party compliance review and further develop the legal register system Forecast new legislation, analyses potential risks and give guidance on measures and controls Maintain and further develop systematic approaches to identify and respond to legal requirements Support on communication and negotiation with the authorities Provide compliance statement for external use (e.G. Sales requests from customers) Projects: Participation in major projects to support the legal compliance and reduce the major impacts (e.G., new plants) Supervise permit application processes and ensure correct input including milestone to get the information in time Reporting: Reviewing ARMS incident reports and engaging with the plants and offices to ensure sufficient quality in root cause analysis and the definition and transfer of preventive and corrective actions and lessons learned in all AMP-E locations Regular reporting about EHS KPI against objectives, on plant level as also consolidated plant level Develop and deliver executive-level EHS reports and updates to various leadership teams Support the development of reporting that is environmental relevant inputs (e.G., VOC, Waste, etc modules or new software) Ensure high level of data quality of relevant reporting systems and provide training as necessary (e.G., Chemwach) Training: Provide EHS induction training & awareness for new employees Associations: Represent AMPE in trade associations working groups (MPMA, MPE, etc) and play an active role Plant Support: Support plants and activities to minimize EHS risks and give measure controls (e.G., maintenance schedules, raise the flags) Identify potentials for improvements (Risk reductions and KPIs) Ensure best practices deployments and information exchanges among the AMPE plants Requirements: Degree in Environmental Engineering or Energy Engineering or equivalent, Basic certification of Fire Prevention and/or Risk Prevention Management English fluently both verbal and writing MS Office incl
