You will oversee the creation of compelling brand narratives, ensure consistency in messaging, and optimise content for various channels, including websites, blogs, and social media. This role combines creative leadership with strategic thinking and requires strong project management skills to drive brand growth and engagement.Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand goals, ensuring consistent messaging across digital platforms, especially social media.Creative Direction: Lead content ideation, working closely with strategists, designers, writers, and videographers to produce high-quality, engaging content.Social Media Management: Oversee the management of social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.Brand Consistency: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a unified brand voice across platforms.Campaign Management: Coordinate multi-channel campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment together with the Digital Marketing team.Analytics & Optimization: Monitor content performance, generate reports, and adjust strategies to optimise engagement and reach.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, providing clear direction and feedback.Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on content trends, social media best practices, and emerging digital tools.Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or branding.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Portfolio or website is mandatory.Benefits - Hybrid work arrangement consisting of four days in the office and one day working from home each week, along with half-day Fridays
