An important global services company, based in Málaga, is looking for a Senior Purchase Associate to ensure the pre-purchase, purchase, and post-purchase activities run smoothly.
Your key responsibilities will be: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within region business units and service lines.Achieve key functional targets (including SLA & KPI), help to develop new strategies and improve negotiable spend via sourcing and demand management.Support the team in the analysis of the information in conjunction with the stakeholders.Provide accurate monthly reports and dashboard on the deals, activities, projects, and BAU.Proactively engage with the vendors/stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and remove them for smooth processes across Pre Purchase, Purchase, and Post Purchase activities.Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree.10+ years of relevant experience in handling Operations and large multi-geographical transformation projects in similar size organizations.Experience in managing a large number of stakeholders.Experience in Purchase/Procurement activities.End-to-end knowledge of the source to pay activities.
