What you'll do:In this role you will deliver the following:
Be a thought leader on how we can deliver the best business value through the product development cycle and process.Work with TPOs and architects on new designs, providing input into the best way to solve problems and ensure cross product alignment, integration, and interworking.Promote best practices within the UC & Unity development practice to ensure that teams are creating consistent, high-quality features aligned to the product and technology roadmap.Promote strategies for full automation for all of the customer journeys integrated at UC (and where possible PPE) levels to avoid one-off unrepeatable development at product level. What you bring:Experience as UC architect or technical product manager with proven ability to define and explain benefits of design to stakeholders at all levels.Experience in managing and improving business architecture and Operating model.Clear and effective communication at senior level and ability to achieve results working through others.Collaborative approach - Get it done together. Desirable technical/professional qualifications:Architecture Guild Membership (e.g., AEA / Business Architecture Guild).Business Analysis/Process Improvement/Agile certifications.TOGAF - Foundation Level.
