We assist our international client base to buy homes all over Spain using our mortgage and legal services.
Essential Requirements Fluent English and Spanish Excellent communication skills Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Excellent computer and CRM skills Responsibilities Creating lending reports using the data provided and sending documents to lenders.
Liaising with clients, banks, and the internal team to ensure all completion procedures have been adhered to.
Explaining bank documentation and processes to applicants.
Monitoring and organising the stage of each case and what is required for completion.
Setting tasks for the team, solving problems, and escalating cases to management.
Managing communication between all parties.
Updating systems to alert team members and clients of progress.
