In 7 years, Bridge has grown to a team of more than 50 people from 15 nationalities, with headquarters in Madrid, where most of our team is based; an emerging LatAm HQ in Antigua, Guatemala, with a few team members; and a few people based in different places around the world.
TASKS JOB MISSION
Bridge for Billions Program Manager is responsible for managing the programs from A to Z, i.e., the design and planning phase, program launch, entrepreneur and mentor scouting, program experience, and closing (obtention of business plan, potential pitch day).
Ensures that our participants in Bridge for Billions' various programs, as well as our clients, have the best possible experience by identifying client needs to deliver appropriate solutions, gathering their feedback, and improving processes and communication.
As a Program Manager at Bridge for Billions, you will work with our Sales, Customer Success and Program Management, Marketing and Product teams to design and execute programs for our B2B clients globally.
This role will be primarily responsible for managing programs with Spanish-Speaking Clients, nonetheless, you will collaborate with several EMEA and APAC clients/programs.
ROLES & CONTRIBUTIONS Client Relations (40% of time dedicated to this role)
- Be the main contact point for our clients in the region (foundations, development agencies, companies, and governments) to run multiple incubation programs for early stage entrepreneurs in Spain and Europe.
- Work on the allocated programs considering the project budget and given allocation of resources.
- Understand client needs and ensure that their questions are heard and considered and that the program is a success.
- Provide detailed updates on program health, participant comments and KPIs to the Bridge team as well as our corporate clients.
- Ensure customer success and the renewal process in collaboration with the sales team.Incubation Management (60% of time dedicated to this role)
- Coordinate the selection of entrepreneurs and mentors for each new program.
Support applicants and their queries.
Improve selection processes.
- Plan and improve program communications, processes, and messaging.
Oversee the "Matching" phase of each program where each entrepreneur finds a mentor and makes it a success.
- Track entrepreneur teams' progress during incubation.
Host calls with entrepreneurs and mentors to onboard them, coach them, create cohort cohesion and ensure their success.
- Understand clients' needs and ensure their queries are heard and acted upon, and that their program is a success.
Regularly meet with our clients to check in on the program's health. Requirements: SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED Hard Skills
- Languages: full proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Have at least 3 years of professional experience as a program, project or operations manager, account management, customer success roles or similar.
It would be a great plus if you are familiar with the entrepreneurship and social innovation world.
- Have an understanding of the entrepreneurial world or business support to incubators.
- Have great writing and oral communication skills, have a friendly yet professional tone and delivery information efficiently.
It's a great plus to have experience as a facilitator, professor, or similar role where you had to speak in front of large audiences.
- Knowledge of entrepreneurs' struggles and what they need in the early stages, able to coach or mentor entrepreneurs, speaks the language of business planning, knowledge of innovation frameworks and the day-to-day of founders.
- Would be a plus to have experience with incubation or innovation enterprises or (for or non-profit) social organisations in Spain or in general working in B2B client-facing roles.
- Outstanding tech savviness: you should be at ease with tech tools such as Notion, Slack, and Google Drive, or eager to learn and be a quick learner.
Good grasp of spreadsheets.
