Position Title: EU 3PL Control Tower Specialist
Location: Barcelona, ESP
Key Responsibilities: Monitoring and analyzing sites' hourly performance.Providing operational guidance to 3PL.Resolving system discrepancies.Acting as a communication bridge between 3PL and Amazon stakeholders.Mitigating CX risk by supporting CPT management, resolving OB errors, and managing shipment cancellations.Uploading critical data for supply chain and transportation visibility.Checking process and Amazon standard compliance.Supporting AFTx launches and migration with SME expertise, implementing required tasks for further operational support.Qualifications: Advanced MS Office skills (Excel).B2/C1 English and Spanish level.Degree in any field; a degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or accounting is a benefit.Basic knowledge of SQL and Power BI.Fluent in German, French, Spanish, Polish, or Italian.Ability to fast learn and master Amazon planning systems.Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.Ability to make quick decisions.Ability to prioritize, manage, and execute projects on a tight schedule.Ability to adapt well to rapidly changing circumstances, directions, and strategies.Important: Immediate incorporation is required.
