The scope of the role is to support Rewire 2.0 global lead to prepare, plan follow up execution and to ensure the success of live projects globally.
Rewire is a leadership sponsored program comprised of several high priority transformation projects to improve and streamline Bunge's processes as part of its continuous improvement journey.Rewire aims to align and simplify Bunge's processes through building global platforms and systems that will provide all data and information in one single place across geographies and value chains.Who you are?Someone who can communicate easily at any level, having a professional speech with both Program Leads / IT PM colleagues and important stakeholders.

Planning and anticipation play a central role in your professional life, while in a dynamic environment the key is to be ready to lead change and transformation.Role descriptionCovering integrated solutions covering commercial financial processes around production of regular company PLs, improving international flows supporting company risk management.Rewire related tasks:Agenda: organize program calls / meetings, coordinate and planning ownership, prepare and communicate minutes (decision points, next steps).Budget: assemble a budget for the project (with IT especially), ensure documentation of the main assumptions behind the budget numbers.Organize general communication flow.Draw a typical planning path by project to enable more detailed planning adjustments together with project managers: identify interdependencies, update the global planning where needed, monitor progress raise flags where needed, support program management to anticipate steps to launch new sets of projects.Support adequate resourcing of the project and raise flags where/when needed.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in finance or related.English fluency, both writing and verbal (will be part of an international team).Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in project management.Proven working experience in complex projects and programs to a successful completion within a global environment.Understanding of the IT environment (SAP knowledge included) and finance basis.Knowledge of agricultural business is a plus.What we offerCompetitive salary package and hybrid working hours.The possibility to develop your skills through courses.Next step in your Project Manager career by leading innovative programs with global implementation.We Are BungeBunge is a global agribusiness with one mission - we connect farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
