Job Summary: Key Responsibilities:New Business Acquisition: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients for AURA's digital PR services. Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their PR needs and challenges. Present tailored PR solutions that align with client objectives and demonstrate AURA's capabilities.Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the leadership team.Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Utilize market insights to position AURA's services effectively and competitively.Qualifications and Skills:Sales Experience: Proven track record of successful sales in a PR/Communications/Marketing/Advertising agency or related industry. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the PR industry, with a focus on digital PR services.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively convey the value proposition of PR agency's services.Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Motivated by achieving and surpassing business goals.Salary: 123.00€ - 456.00€ per month
