We are inviting applications for a Legal Associate to join the Customer Service Legal Team at Ryanair. The purpose of this position is to support Ryanair's Customer Service Legal team and the broader company in protecting Ryanair's interests whilst complying with our obligations under EU Regulation 261/2004.The successful candidate will be hard-working, energetic, self-motivated with a natural ability for problem solving.The RoleRyanair's significant growth and the increase of EU261 awareness has led to higher case volume and more support and advice being sought from our Customer Service Legal team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, air passenger rights, consumer law, with an interest in aviation. They will be required to effectively manage the processing of high-volume litigation brought as a result of disruptions in all jurisdictions where Ryanair operates. They will work closely with the CS Lawyers, Legal Associate Managers, and CS Legal Supervisors in the development of strategies designed to improve success rates of our in-house CS Legal team. The successful candidate will maintain up-to-date knowledge of passenger rights and relevant EU/national legislation.
