DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises and performs financial planning and funds control. Utilizes research and records maintenance tools and processes to track supplies and equipment requirements. Oversees Mission Capable (MICAP) for parts conditions and Degraded Operation phases. Conducts analysis on supply metrics. Provides guidance to customers on the requisitioning and parts delivery process. Manages inventory schedules and performs causative research to correct discrepancies. Performs Base Supply duties as necessary to supplement work center tasks and ensure compliant execution of applicable directives.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:Air Force Specialty Code, 2S071-Supply Management Craftsman.Familiar with supply regulations AFH 23-123, AFI 23-101, and AFMAN 23-122.Knowledge in Air Force materiel management procedures, stock and inventory control, storage methods, repair cycle process, mission capable (MICAP) process, readiness spares packages (RSP), warehouse control, materiel handling techniques, and methods of preparing and maintaining supply records manually and automated supply accounting systems.Working knowledge with ILS-S, LIMS-EV, DPAS.Qualifications:Proficient with logistics planning, methods of organizational and procedural analysis, principles of accounting, material accounting procedures, budget preparation.Shall be familiar with USAF SBSS to include capabilities, limitations, and technical characteristics of supply data systems.Shall have eight years supervising USAF logistics or commercial equivalent logistics.Education: Must possess at a minimum an associate degree.KBR is an equal opportunity employer.
