Awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, our contract spans a five-year base period with three one-year options, reflecting our commitment to excellence and operational support.Job SummaryUtilizing the Base Supply system and the local economy, the WRM Materials Control Clerk will source parts and materials to help maintain and support War Readiness Material (WRM) vehicle assets ensuring the best value possible is obtained.Roles and ResponsibilitiesSource, order, and procure all materials to repair the War Readiness Material (WRM) vehicles fleet.Maintain Government Furnished Property and Equipment (GFP & GFE) listings, and perform periodic inventories of these items in accordance with Air Force standards.Monitor the Due-In for Maintenance listing (DIFM) and Base Supply inventories of all material and parts required to repair WRM fleet.Maintain copies of requests for stock level adjustments, audits, and update Fleet Management and Analysis (FM&A) on parts status.Review vehicle Non-Mission Capable Status (NMCS) reports daily, and brief leadership.Perform duties associated with the company credit card program.Establish and replenish bench and working stock inventories and annotate high/low usage to facilitate parts availability and reduce costs for unneeded items.Inspect Composite and Individual Tool Kits (ITK/CTK), and Tool Cribs when required in accordance with applicable Air Force standards.Inspect, store, purchase, and inventory Hazardous Material used in Vehicle Maintenance & Management.Maintain the Test Measurement Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) items within standards and process these items for calibration.Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook to complete reports, forms, etc., and to communicate with customers and coworkers.Remain familiar with the Material Control section of AFI 24-302, Government, and local Company policies and procedures in accordance with PWS Standards.Issue, inventory, and procure all tooling and equipment necessary for the maintenance needs of assigned vehicles and equipment.Update parts data and status into Defense Property and Accountability System (DPAS) when required and maintain good housekeeping and safety practices.Establish parts and stock levels to support various War Readiness Material (WRM) vehicle assets, and ensure levels are replenished prior to depletion.Basic QualificationsAt least three years' experience as an administrative worker.Ability to speak, read, and write the English language at a level 1 (B1)
