Title: UABOS Spain: Equipment Maintenance Manager
Program Summary KBR will sustain the operational well-being of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base (Spain), Incirlik Air Base, Izmir Air Station, and various facilities in Turkey. Our services encompass program management, civil engineering, morale and recreation support, postal operations, safety services, logistics, and more. With a five-year base period and three one-year options, KBR ensures these bases operate smoothly, allowing deployed personnel to focus on mission execution.
Job Summary Participate in the installation's WRM Review Board. Attend initial and recurring training. Inspect, maintain, mark, document, inventory, and store WRM IAW applicable instructions to include specific TOs, functional area instructions, AFI 23-101, and this PWS. WRMM shall ensure equipment condition, maintenance, and management is accomplished in the Accountable Property System of Record (e.g., Integrated Maintenance Data System (aerospace ground equipment), Defense Property Accounting System (common support equipment) IAW AFI 23-101 and AFI 21-101, Aircraft and Equipment Maintenance Management. Maintain a minimum average monthly Mission Capable (MC) rate of 90% for stored AGE assets at the WRM location. Assure nuclear certified AGE equipment is maintained and certified IAW USAF Nuclear Surety Program guidelines.
Roles and Responsibilities Manage the unit's WRM, develop and submit WRM budget requirements to the installation War Reserve Materiel Officer (WRMO) or War Reserve Materiel Non-Commissioned Officer (WRMNCO). Follow WRM Program as defined in AFI 25-101 as listed for WRMM. Follow USAF Nuclear Surety Program as it pertains to nuclear certified WRM AGE. Other duties assigned. Basic Qualifications US Citizen High School Diploma or equivalent. 8 years AGE Lead 7-Level inspector technician maintenance background. 3 years Aerospace Ground Equipment War Ready Material program experience. Possess or have the capability to obtain a U.S. SECRET security clearance. MS Office skills. Valid US Driver's License. Preferred Qualifications USAF Nuclear Surety Program AGE Equipment maintenance knowledge.
