With a proven legacy of supporting troops globally, we leverage our deep domain expertise to ensure mission success.Job SummaryRoles and ResponsibilitiesProvide recommendations to the Fire Chief based on thorough reviews.Ensure timely identification, documentation, and mitigation of fire risks.Develop and maintain fire prevention and code enforcement programs to educate the public on fire safety, life preservation, code compliance, and risk reduction.Execute integrated fire prevention programs effectively.Participate in pre-acceptance and acceptance testing for new construction or facility alterations.Conduct facility plan reviews and implement corrective measures to ensure compliance with relevant building codes.Interpret national building and life safety codes, along with reviewing engineering plans and specifications for new construction, major repairs, and renovations.Recommend modifications and enhancements based on sound fire prevention engineering principles, in accordance with agency regulations, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) building codes, and other applicable guidelines.Utilize skills to identify and address fire hazards and deficiencies, conducting thorough facility inspections to ensure compliance and safety.Basic QualificationsMust be a US CitizenHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain.IAW DOD 6055.06 M.
