What You Will Do Work with project managers and technical project leads to push the project forward in the manufacturing area.
Proactively resolve issues in manufacturing by generating and testing realistic actions.
Look for ways to improve manufacturing processes.
Ensure the quality of the products manufactured is a key responsibility.
Oversee the supply chain operations, including procurement of raw materials, inventory management, and logistics.
Oversee the maintenance and operation of manufacturing equipment to ensure it is in good working condition, thereby reducing downtime and maintaining continuous production.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Contribute to the strategic planning of the company by providing insights and forecasts related to manufacturing capabilities, capacity planning, and market demands.
Interact with customers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring the products manufactured meet or exceed these requirements.
What You Need to Succeed CFGS (or HND equivalent in UK), Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent professional work experience.
High degree of proactivity in problem-solving at an individual level and managing interactions with other team members.
