We're seeking an experienced Creative Strategy Director to join our Marketing team in Barcelona (hybrid). As a Strategy Director, you are a leader who opens the aperture of opportunity. As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges, and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Creative Strategy Director, you will be in charge of:
Defining our creative direction & strategy: conceiving and executing campaigns, producing creative assets, and developing ideas for how our brands' value propositions and positioning come to life. Supporting the Head of Global Brand & Creative [ECD] Executive creative director to fully realise industry-shaping creative that will live in longform film, digital editorial, and social content. Positioning our brands to be distinct and meaningful in the minds of customers. Omni-channel creative strategy and execution & next best action planning. Partnering across the company to develop a deep understanding of our brands' needs, leveraging insights that solve strategic problems, and evangelising for the power of great creative work to shift perception and drive results. Deep craft experience in your creative field with a highly developed ability to develop strategic thinking and creative concepts that result in compelling campaigns and creative work. A finely tuned aesthetic vision and craft application, and high design sensibility, evidenced across your photography, film, editorial, and integrated creative projects.
