The Role
Guidewire helps our customers and partners implement our software across Europe, and we are looking for an experienced Project Analyst to help us fulfill increasing demand. Reporting to the responsible Program Manager, you will contribute to project planning, prepare and maintain documentation, review contracts and financials, and monitor and evaluate the overall project. You will also ensure that Program Meetings are well coordinated, team members are onboarded appropriately, risks are identified, and escalation paths followed when necessary. You will also be responsible for maintaining delivery tools, the project repository and any supporting files. You will use your knowledge of agile implementation methodologies and enterprise-scale implementations when solving problems. If you are passionate about projects, this is the role for you!
Desired skills and qualifications
BSc or BA degree in related area
3-5 years of relevant work experience
PMI-ACP, PMI-SP, CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification preferred
Fluency in oral and written English and German
Strong project management abilities and understanding of program planning and monitoring techniques
Data analysis - strong analytical skills and ability to organize data in reports
Software skills (profound knowledge of MS Office, CA-AC, Jira)
Business and operations knowledge
Organization and time management skills
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build team collegiality on large scale programs with teams from different vendors and companies
Ability to find ways of solving or preempting problems and proactively dealing with any issues that arise in a timely manner
Ability to gain respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams
Ability to work independently and within a team
Ability to travel for onsite work when needed
