MISSION: The OP Associate has the function of supporting the management of the outstanding projects in the Corporate Technical Direction of EDPR. These specific projects are one of the priorities of the Company by EDPR Senior Management. In addition, the OP Associate could coordinate outstanding project teams formed by frontline personnel (Internal or External) for each case.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: The coordination function includes the following tasks:
Provide support and/or coordination in the development and management of each specific outstanding project.
Directly support the Head of OPM to supervise the companies owned by EDPR that will take part in the outstanding projects.
Ensure interaction and alignments with the outstanding projects at EDPR level and with other Companies in the Group.
Provide support to EDPR BUs and Partners activities in all the geographies.
Provide support to EDPI and Innovation Ecosystem activities in all the geographies.
Benchmarking and reporting.
Support the communication plan of the outstanding Projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
ACADEMIC LEVEL: Master Engineer
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 5 years of work experience in Development and Management of International Projects. Visible Technical Background.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Agile Project Management Methodology.
LANGUAGES: Ability to read, write and speak Portuguese, Spanish, and English fluently.
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES: High adaptability to change, leadership skills with the ability to mobilize internal/external people, ability to work autonomously, decision-making in the absence or scarcity of available information, results-oriented, proactive and open-minded attitude, communicative and sociable, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, solid communication skills, comfortable in establishing technical discussions in different cultural environments, willingness and ability to international travel as needed.
