Job Description: Junior Customer Support Representative (Finnish Market) Barcelona
We are seeking a native or fluent Finnish speaker to join our customer support team in Barcelona. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping customers and want to kickstart their career in a vibrant international environment.
Experience is a plus, but not mandatory; we provide full training!
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Finnish
Assist customers with questions about products, services, and general support
Provide clear and accurate information to resolve customer issues
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain high levels of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
Requirements: Native or fluent proficiency in Finnish (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a customer support role
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
