We are looking for a SEM Specialist (Freelance) to join the online advertising department of our digital marketing agency in Barcelona. We seek a professional with advanced knowledge in online advertising, capable of managing multiple projects and working both in a team and autonomously. The ideal candidate should possess high analytical, organizational, initiative, and planning skills.

Responsibilities: Develop online advertising strategies across various channels based on client needs.
Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Spotify Ads, and Bing Ads.
Analyze KPIs and campaign results, providing clients with qualitative and quantitative analyses based on outcomes.
Identify client needs, problems, and opportunities, and find solutions.
Create and present strategic proposals to clients and potential clients.
Detect and act on business opportunities.
Conduct periodic meetings to present results and offer solutions or growth opportunities.
Requirements: Technical profile with advanced experience (3+ years) in planning, executing, managing, and optimizing paid media strategies and campaigns on major platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, among others.
Advanced knowledge in Google Ads search and shopping campaigns, as well as lead generation on Meta.
Expert knowledge in keyword analysis tools and competitive research.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
Analytical skills and ability to create professional dashboards in Looker Studio.
Proven experience managing advertising budgets over 10k/month.
Technical experience in configuring tags and conversion events on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager.
Skills for setting up major advertising platforms (pixels and tracking API, audits, and setup of business accounts, issue resolution, among others).
Interest in market research and brand analysis.
Intermediate SEO knowledge is a plus.
Technical knowledge in integrations with CRM platforms, lead scoring, CMS, among others is valued.
Ability to plan and organize your activities.
Proactive, problem-solving attitude, and eagerness to work in a team.
Stay updated on SEM trends and news (desirable).
