.Description:About Gartner Digital Markets:What we're looking for: Gartner Digital Markets Creative is a dynamic, engaged, in-house creative team. To meet current business needs and fuel our growth, we're seeking an experienced Art Director to contribute innovative design solutions for digital marketing. You'll take a lead role in the visual development, expression and governance of our brands. You'll be a liaison between the creative team and other teams, design and craft compelling communications and help further establish our brand identity and presence in the market. Be a steward of our brands.Contribute innovative ideas to drive our web experiences, digital marketing campaigns and our brands forward.Designing with a "digital-first" mindset. Maintain knowledge on the latest techniques and advancements related to design and production.Lead multiple projects and discrete initiatives from conception to completion and manage deadlines in concert with Project Managers.What you'll bring to the team:Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a similar major.Minimum 10+ years of related work experience in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Branding, Advertising, Marketing or relevant field.Knowledge and understanding of HTML/CSS and web content management platforms. Expert in Figma (able to deliver pixel-perfect design files with requirements to a development partner).Experience designing compelling social assets, multi-page documents like e-books, sales collateral, presentations, etc.An outstanding portfolio. Your expertise shines through your examples. Your portfolio showcases your foundation in design for branding, marketing, advertising, social and interaction design.Demonstrated ability to understand and visually translate complex business topics and trends. Can easily translate data into compelling infographics and marketing communications.Demonstrated experience working with and developing brand guidelines
