This is a key position in developing the company's logistics strategy to achieve the objectives set for 2030. In the dynamic world of supply chain management, an exciting opportunity awaits a skilled navigator to lead our inventory and logistics operations. As the Inventory and Logistics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless flow and delivery of goods to our Iberian warehouses and external customers.Responsibilities:Responsible for leading and managing inventory planning, replenishment, control and delivery of excellent services to external and internal customers and oversees control master files in the ERP system.Leads the effective planning, coordination and execution of inventory demand planning and logistics for Spanish and Portuguese markets to achieve functional metrics, Iberian sales targets and growth plans.Strategy: Work closely with our headquarters to support and improve the EMEIA supply chain strategy. Feed and support the Iberian region strategic plans and elaborate a proper strategic plan for the supply chain in Spain and Portugal.Inventory Acquisition: Executes transactions in the ERP system to fulfill supply plans, maintains database accuracy, and coordinates import activities.Sales & Demand Planning: Partners with sales and supply planning teams (UK) to ensure accurate forecasts, minimize excess inventory, and align on sales and operations planning.Logistics: Guides 3PL operations, coordinates manufacturing activities, monitors order fulfillment, manages stock metrics, and assists in policy development.Portuguese Logistic Integration: Manages logistics in Portugal, proposes efficiency measures, and monitors delivery timelines.Inventory Control: Oversees warehouse operations, reconciles inventories, manages inventory movement, provides performance data, and recommends continuous improvements.Systems and Process Optimization: Maintains ERP systems, develops tools for efficiency and data integrity, coordinates system upgrades, and promotes digital development projects.Customer Interaction: Communicates with internal and external customers to address needs and resolve issues, contributing to customer retention and corporate goals.Leadership: Leads the internal Iberian logistic team and the external distribution centers and warehouse personnel.Key Accounts Support: Investigates and resolves post-delivery logistics issues, analyzes customer proposals, and supports the commercial team.Other Responsibilities: Implements regulatory programs, reviews freight tenders, processes environmental measures and taxes, and supports corporate objectives while adhering to company values and strategies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a closely related field.Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is highly desirable and will be considered an asset.Proficiency in English is a must.+5 years of experience performing a similar role within a multinational company.Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain Planning, Purchasing, Demand Forecasting, Supply Chain Analysis, Operations Analysis and/or Inventory Management.Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in supply chain and logistics management, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and supply chain analytics platforms.Experience working in process improvement/optimization for logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations.About Us:Why You Should Apply: Learning-based culture that supports the growth and development of all tribe members.
