Job Responsibilities
Attention to Requests: Attend to the requests of conditionals required by the client.
Programming: Programming in system of conditional requests, inserting set kits or loose references necessary to attend the requested technical implementation.
Request Management: Sending of the requests in time and form required according to established procedures.
Coordination: Coordination with the logistics entry area to prioritize the inspections of the day.
Problem Resolution: Resolution of problems generated by transport agencies and clients.
Sales Support: Support to the sales network on information related to our products.
Customer Care: Attend to reference requests from Customer Care when there is a break in stock.
Telephone Assistance: Telephone attention to customer requests and incidents.
Quality System Management: Maintenance of the quality system management following ISO 9001.
Environmental System Management: Maintenance of the environmental system management following ISO 14001.
Waste Management: Execute the correct segregation of waste in your Department.
Compliance Monitoring: Monitoring of compliance of good practices, procedures and legislation in relation with any activity related to Stryker products.
Education
Valuable university degree in Commerce or similar. English level B2-C1.
Experience
More than 3 years of experience in customer service or administration departments, preferably in the medical and/or pharmaceutical sector.
