You'll be a part of a culture that emphasizes trust, open communication, and continuous learning.Your Responsibilities:Providing support in a 24x7x365, KPI-driven Cloud environmentTriaging to internal and external teams, pushing for resolution within OLAs by being the Customer advocate with Engineering, Development and 3rd party Vendor teamsMonitoring systems and handling events, proactively recognizing and acknowledging alerts, responding to alerts or emergency issues within 5 minutes during working hours (Event Management)Document, publish and maintain knowledgebase articles to help optimize the workforceDrive operational efficiency and improvementsRequirements:2+ years of experience working in capacity of Technical Support or similarGood system administration skillsStrong understanding of Cloud Computing conceptsHands-on experience with Cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCPExperience working with Webservers and Databases - Apache, IIS, MySQL, MSSQL and PostgreSQLStrong understanding of Monitoring tools (Zabbix, Monitis)Strong knowledge of Application Protocols - DNS, HTTP, HTTPS (SSL), FTPUnderstanding of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, UDPKnowledge of standards, protocols, and data formats: JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, XML-RPC, OAuth, SAMLProgramming/scripting experience (Bash, Python, PowerShell, PHP, etc)Knowledge of SQLReady to work night shiftsPassion for providing exemplary customer service, strong customer focusEager to learn new technologiesGood verbal and written professional communication, fluent in EnglishSelf-motivated and proactive in performing dutiesAttention to detailTeam playerNice to have:ITIL certificationMicrosoft Azure certificationExposure to virtualization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and KubernetesUnderstanding of CI/CD concepts and experience working with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Terraform PuppetExperience with CloudBlue Commerce platformExperience with API (REST, OAuth)We value creativity, enthusiasm and proactiveness to achieve results.LI-MBSLI-Hybrid #J-18808-Ljbffr
